Good vibes

I am happy today. Partly because the sun finally came out after god knows how long of cold gloomy weather and rain!
But I am primarily happy because I get to spend some quality time with R today. Firstly we went to church and attended sunset mass, and then proceeded to Dream Pie and had dinner. Grilled lamb shoulder and mashed potato ooohh la la! So yummyyyy. Then we had ice cream for dessert at Dream Cones. Rocher and mint chocolate chip. That was really nice. I LOVE ICE CREAM. REALLY DO. Hahaha.
And then we went to the beach, and took a stroll by the seashore hand in hand. We talked about so many things. I loved it, I loved it, I loved it.
Then we went for a drive all around KK and our conversations got more and more interesting. In the end it led to us both opening up about our past, and it also led to me expressing some of my deepest thoughts and feelings about things I don't really share with people. I really feel like I connected with R tonight. And that makes me so, so happy.
